Our Real Estate house is established on the very special relationship we have with our partner-clients. They are not numerous, and this allows us to give them special attention. The services we are prepared to offer are covering three main areas:
- consultancy services in real estate for acquisition, development and sale, including opportunity studies, project management, urban planning, architectural and financial services, construction assistance; we are ready to even participate in the development scenarios, investing together, side by side with our clients;
- land sales mediator services, including again our financial participation in some of the cases;
- land sale from our own portfolio.
The very good pieces of land (which are under development) are sold very fast. There is no time for options. For a high-performance speculation we must work fast and take advantage of the opportunity given by the exaggerated advertisement for the potential of some areas. This advertisement left unexploited enough areas with great potential. These areas have good prices and allow a great and real investment performance.
